Kristin Kizziah was born and raised in the Birmingham area. She has worked in the legal field for over 10 years. Over that time, she has worked in various areas of the law, including criminal defense and insurance defense, business law, contracts, and personal injury. She attended Auburn University Montgomery, where she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Justice and Public Safety and Paralegal Studies. After graduating Kristin received her Paralegal Certification from the American Bar Association.
Kristin continued her legal education by attending Birmingham School of Law. She is currently licensed in all Alabama State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. Kristin's primary focus is person injury – specializing in toxic torts, toxic mold exposure and day care negligence. In addition to these areas Kristin also handles motor vehicle collisions, slip & falls, trucking accidents, boating accidents, wrongful death, train accidents, industrial accidents, dog bites and 1983 Constitutional violations.
