Kristin Kizziah, a Birmingham native, has spent more than a decade fighting for clients' rights across Alabama. She founded her firm after seeing a real need to fight for tenants—who often lack strong legal support—and for motor vehicle collision victims who deserve personalized representation rather than being treated as “just another case.” As her practice expanded, Kristin discovered her civil litigation background gave her a distinct edge in domestic relations, including divorce and child custody.

Today, Kristin's primary focus areas include Landlord-Tenant Law, motor vehicle collisions, divorce, and custody. She also handles select personal injury matters, drawing on extensive experience in toxic torts, toxic mold exposure, and more.

Kristin earned her Bachelor of Science in Justice & Public Safety and Paralegal Studies from Auburn University Montgomery and holds a Paralegal Certification from the American Bar Association. She graduated from Birmingham School of Law and is licensed in all Alabama State Courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Northern District of Alabama.
